CS-99MM/S-G(C) is a DB9 Male to DB9 Male gender changer that adds surge protection to communication equipment using a DB9 serial port. It is compatible with DB9 connectors used in RS-232 communication environments, and its cross-wiring design makes it easy to set up a cross connection between devices that would otherwise require a direct connection. (Wiring configuration: 1-1, 2↔3, 4↔6, 5-5, 7↔8, 9-9)
