BASSO-2040TR/DIO is a Digital In/Output to LoRa Converter that converts and communicates digital input and output devices connected to sensors, measuring instruments, or control devices widely used in industrial sites into wireless LoRa communication. Digital input and output devices are used in various areas, such as communication with PLCs or measurement of machines and equipment using PLCs in industrial sites such as factories. This converter receives input/output digital data and transmits it via wireless LoRa in the 900MHz band. It cannot be used independently and must be used together with LoryGate, which performs the manager function, or another LoryNet product that can be connected to a PC.
LoryNet is a virtual cable platform based on LoRa communication, a type of LPWA (Low Power Wide Area), that connects sensor nodes, converters, repeaters, and gateways to the Internet, allowing communication as easily as reading and writing to a hard disk. It simplifies complicated tasks such as configuration changes when connecting various digital and analog communication methods, including the Internet, and enhances interoperability between protocols. Users can easily configure complex communication systems through simple operations similar to reading and writing data on a PC hard disk. Through LoryNet, a physical virtual cable platform that connects LoRa with various communication methods, sensed data can be used for monitoring, analysis, control, and more from anywhere in the world. It also separates applications and communication protocols through table-based communication, making it easy to use. In addition, users can build a network without separate fees through a private LoRa network operating in an unlicensed frequency band.
BASSO-2040TR/DIO, equipped with LoRa low-power wireless communication technology, allows users to easily connect digital input/output signals widely used in industrial sites using terminal blocks. Designed with the characteristics of unstable industrial environments in mind, it applies protection measures against overvoltage and overcurrent and uses highly reliable components to provide both excellent reliability and high performance.
SystemBase provides various free utility programs that can be used with BASSO-2040TR/DIO.
