SG-2021RIL/ALL is a 2-port industrial device server that allows RJ45-type serial ports to be used anytime, anywhere over an Ethernet network. It supports serial communication speeds of up to 921.6Kbps and provides RS232, RS422, RS485 interfaces and Modbus RTU/ASCII protocols by default. With COM Port Redirector, existing serial devices can be used in a network environment without modifying existing software programs. It can be used as a remote control and data acquisition solution across various industrial environments, including factory automation, building control, POS, and medical equipment.
SG-2021RIL/ALL provides a dual power system that supports both terminal block and DC adapter power input, allowing flexible installation in a wide range of environments. An industrial power adapter with a lock-ring structure is included as standard, and the device supports an industrial operating temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃ for stable operation even in harsh field environments.
SG-2021RIL/ALL is equipped with ±15kV ESD protection based on IEC61000-4-2, along with protection circuitry that meets IEC61000-4-4 (EFT) and IEC61000-4-5 (Surge) standards. This helps protect the device from electrical shocks that may occur in industrial environments, providing stable network and serial communication.
