SG-2041RIL/ALL is a 4-port device server that allows RJ45-type serial ports to be used anytime, anywhere over an Ethernet network. Connected through Ethernet ports, SG-2041RIL/ALL supports serial communication speeds of up to 921.6Kbps and provides RS232/RS422/RS485 serial communication standards and Modbus by default. A rack mount is also provided so that the product can be installed in a 19″ rack. SystemBase device servers provide a COM Redirector program to support remote control, monitoring, and data communication for devices connected over a network, allowing connected serial devices to be used immediately without modifying existing software. The SystemBase SG-2000 Series is a versatile device server that can be used for control, monitoring, and automation in various fields such as POS, hospitals, factories, and buildings.
SG-2041RIL/ALL provides an industrial-grade dual power system that can be flexibly used in various user environments. Designed with unstable industrial power environments in mind, SG-2041RIL/ALL provides a redundant power system, allowing users to configure the power input flexibly according to their operating environment using either a terminal block or DC power adapter. The SG-2000 Series DC power adapter adopts a screw-type lock ring to prevent the power plug from being disconnected. In addition, SG-2041RIL/ALL is an industrial device server that has passed IEC60028-2-33 temperature cycle testing from -40℃ to 85℃ and IEC60068-2-30 temperature/humidity environmental testing, supporting stable operation in harsh industrial environments and demonstrating high reliability and stability.
To satisfy high reliability and stability requirements in diverse operating environments, including industrial environments, SG-2041RIL/ALL provides ESD protection that meets IEC61000-4-2 (ESD Level 4), ±8kV contact, ±15kV air discharge, and ±15kV (HBM) standards. In addition, to prevent damage and malfunction caused by overcurrent entering through the power input and network connectors, it provides surge protection that meets IEC 61000-4-4 (40A) and IEC 61000-4-5 (24A) standards, offering protection against accidental ESD, EFT, and surge events in harsh industrial environments and enabling a more stable and reliable data communication environment.

COM Port Redirector : A virtual serial port program that enables users to easily create virtual serial ports from anywhere and communicate through serial devices without complex configuration or software changes.
PortView™ : Provides monitoring, diagnosis, and management functions for serial port communication status.
TestView™ : Provides functions to test the communication performance and stability of serial and Ethernet ports.
SGConfig : Provides functions to configure the network environment of SG products and the operating environment of each serial port.
