SG-1161RIL/ALL is a 16-port device server that allows RJ45-type serial ports to be used anytime, anywhere over an Ethernet network. Connected through an Ethernet port, SG-1161RIL/ALL supports serial communication speeds of up to 921.6Kbps, supports RS232/RS422/RS485 serial communication standards and Modbus by default, and is a 19-inch rack-type product. SystemBase device servers provide a COM Port Redirector program to support remote control, monitoring, and data communication of devices connected over a network, allowing connected serial devices to be used immediately without modifying existing programs. SystemBase SG-1000 and 2000 Series are versatile device servers that can be used for control, monitoring, and automation in various fields such as POS, hospitals, factories, and buildings.
SG-1161RIL/ALL provides an industrial-grade dual power system that can be flexibly used in various user environments. Designed with unstable industrial power environments in mind, SG-1161RIL/ALL provides a dual power system, allowing users to flexibly configure the power input according to their usage environment using a terminal block or DC power adapter. The DC power adapter for the SG-1000 and 2000 Series applies screw-type locking to prevent the power plug from disconnecting. In addition, SG-1161RIL/ALL is an industrial device server that has passed the IEC 60028-2-33 temperature cycle test from -40℃ to 85℃ and the IEC 60068-2-30 temperature and humidity environment test, supporting stable operation under harsh industrial environments and demonstrating high reliability and stability.
To meet high reliability and stability requirements in diversified usage environments, including industrial environments, SG-1161RIL/ALL provides ESD protection that satisfies IEC61000-4-2 (ESD Level 4) standards of ±8kV contact, ±15kV air discharge, and ±15kV HBM. In addition, to prevent damage and malfunction caused by overcurrent entering through the power input and network connector, it provides surge protection that satisfies IEC 61000-4-4 (40A) and IEC 61000-4-5 (24A) standards, offering protection against accidental ESD, EFT, and surge events in harsh industrial sites and enabling a more stable and reliable data communication environment.
