uGate-400S is an industrial 4-port USB hub that supports SuperSpeed communication of up to 5Gbps. Designed based on the USB 3.2 Gen 1×1 standard, it enables high-speed data transfer and provides excellent compatibility with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. It also offers protection circuits optimized for industrial environments and a wide-range power input, allowing stable use in various industrial sites such as factory automation, inspection equipment, industrial PCs, and data acquisition systems.
uGate-400S provides up to ±15kV ESD protection to protect equipment from static electricity and surges that occur in industrial sites. It also complies with KSC C 9610-4-2 (ESD), KSC C 9610-4-4 (EFT), and KSC C 9610-4-5 (Surge) standards, providing high stability and reliability even in industrial environments.
uGate-400S supports industrial temperature environments from -40℃ to 85℃ and 5 to 90% non-condensing humidity environments. It also supports a wide-range DC 12V to 48V power input, allowing flexible application in various industrial equipment and control panel environments.
Supporting Battery Charging Specification v1.2, it enables various charging modes and provides up to 5V/2A power supply for each port. This allows high-power USB devices to be used stably without separate power issues.
uGate-400S applies MTT (Multi Transaction Translator), rather than STT (Single Transaction Translator) used in typical low-cost USB hubs, to provide high data processing performance even when multiple USB devices are connected simultaneously. This minimizes performance degradation between USB devices and enables a stable communication environment.
