HG-1260 is a high-performance integrated hub controller that provides USB to serial communication converter, USB 3.0 hub, LAN switching hub, and Ethernet-based relay control functions on a single board. It supports various communication protocols and network environments, providing an optimized solution for industrial automation and network management.
This product supports all RS232, RS422, and RS485 serial communication methods and allows communication status checks through RS232 self-diagnosis. The USB 3.0 hub supports high-speed data transfer of up to 5Gbps and provides backward compatibility with USB 1.1 and 2.0. In addition, power efficiency can be maximized through individual port power control and current usage monitoring functions. The 6-port LAN switching hub, designed for network expandability, supports jumbo frames of up to 9KByte for efficient large-volume data processing. (*Note: Port 6 is fixed at 100Mbps.) In addition, the relay hub function enables remote power control based on an Ethernet network, making it highly effective for network management and automation system construction. As a multifunctional industrial hub controller, HG-1260 integrates communication, data transfer, and remote control functions to support stable system operation.
HG-1260, an industrial USB hub, provides excellent protection against noise and surges generated in industrial sites. It meets KC standards KS C 9610-4-2, KS C 9610-4-4, and KS C 9610-4-5, and provides up to 8kV ESD protection per port. Developed with highly reliable components based on SystemBase’s proprietary technology, it delivers outstanding reliability that cannot be compared with conventional low-cost USB hubs.
HG-1260 provides stable operation under industrial temperature specifications of -40℃ to 85℃ and humidity conditions of 5 to 90%, and can be used according to user environments through power specifications and input options suitable for various industrial sites.
HG-1260 supports various charging modes of Battery Charge Specification v1.2 and allows any USB device to be used without power trouble through up to 5V/2A power supply per port. This power supply function can also be used even when the upstream port cable is disconnected.
HG-1260 supports MTT (Multi Transaction Translator), rather than the low-spec STT method used in inexpensive USB hubs, providing the best performance in user environments. It also provides excellent compatibility with any existing USB 2.0 or lower-standard USB device.
HG-1260 supports per-port power monitoring and power control functions that are not provided by general USB hubs. Through a dedicated monitoring utility, users can easily check power issues caused by overload or short circuits in connected devices, and can control power ON/OFF for individual ports, providing excellent safety.
HG-1260 provides five Gigabit LAN ports and one 100Mbps LAN port, supporting bidirectional communication speeds of 2000Mbps (2Gbps) for LAN-to-LAN communication. It also automatically detects and processes jumbo frames for 1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet and supports jumbo frames of up to 9KByte.
